    I thought the 'House of Cash' book was coming out in special edition not happening. Is that not happening after all?

      We did create a special edition of "House of Cash" that was an exclusive book for both Sam's Club and Costco - http://insight-editions.blogspot.com/2011/12/house-of-cash-special-edition.html
